 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Lived here for a couple years. Good spot over on this side of town. Location to Van Aken is convenient. In unit laundry and the hardwood floors are nice. Never had any bad interactions with management and whenever I made a maintenance request they were always quick to assist. Free internet is nice and they made improvements to it over my time living here and having a garage to park in is super convenient as well. Overall, enjoyed my time here and would recommend to anyone looking on this side of town.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great apartment. Apartment was spacious and was clearly well maintained. Maintenance is fast and responsive. Lease included wifi if you needed it which was a nice accomodations. Also appreciated that each room has its own window AC unit and heater so it was easy to adjust temperature individually for each room. Overall positive experience over the few years we lived here.

Management has always been responsive to my requests and concerns, and the location is ideal. I can't recommend Shaker Uptowm II enough.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My husband and I have lived here almost a year now and we've enjoyed it. The apartment was nicely remodeled before we moved in. The flooring is my favorite. Our 3 bedroom unit is huge, we have great kitchen space and it's really nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit. The building is very quiet and we never hear our neighbors. I like having a parking space in a garage to park in rather than having to deal with street parking. It ensures my car is safe and I don't have to deal with cleaning snow off of it in the winter 😄 Having free Internet and water is great, but even better are my gas and electric bills. At previous rentals our gas and electric bills were outrageous- however here they have been surprisingly low, and I attribute that to good upkeep on the units. If you're looking to live in Shaker Heights, renting at Uptown Shaker is an awesome choice.

The maintenance is great they handle all issue in a very timely manner. Management is professional and friendly. I’ve been here since May 2020 and I have not had any major issues. This is my home and so far I love it here.

Great location

Great location with it’s close proximity to the Van Aken district. The living space is modern and has major perks like the washing machine and dryer being in the apartment unit.

The surrounding neighborhood is a wonderful place for a walk

I really enjoy living at Uptown Shaker and the location is great! It’s near Ahuja University Hospital and just steps away from the Van Aken District. My apartment is spacious and love the layout! The surrounding neighborhood is a wonderful place for a walk with it’s picturesque historical homes.

Excellent maintenance staff…

Excellent maintenance staff, very helpful with any issues as well as working quickly to fix them, Apartments have a lot of space and are cozy and comfortable. Great location as it is close to stores, restaurants, and the freeway. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice cozy place to call home.
